Axel Lopez is a veteran of the United States Navy, who decided to go to war for the United States in Desert Storm and Desert Shield. He has been a model citizen, involved in Rotary, his church, chambers of commerce and youth soccer.
The United States Government issued a restraining order against its citizen who has not had any constitutionally protected rights, such as due process or self-defense, afforded to him yet by any court in the United States or Honduras.

The hospitals in question were delivered as promised and five of seven are currently being used by the Honduras government.
Despite the accusations and proceedings by the Honduras government, Axel Lopez continues to this day to work with the Honduras government to ensure all seven hospitals will be operating.
